On 10/12/06 at 01:47 hours, officer(s) Sherman , A (S6762) and Gaston , R (6092) responded to a Vandalism/Felony at 4593 Independent and victim advised advise that he was sleeping and was awakened by a noise. victim stated that he looked out the window and discovered that his truck bed was on fire. victim advised that he took the water hose and put the fire out. SCFD # 69 made the sence.
